Menu
Steak/Chicken. Choice of 12-oz. T-Bone steak (cut from choice meat) or 1/4 chicken, potatoes cooked in a Dutch oven with onions and green chilis, cowboy beans, grilled garlic bread, lemonade, hot chocolate, coffee, water.
Hamburger/Hot Dog. 1/4-lb. hamburger patties, all meat hot dogs and fixings, beans, potato salad, lemonade, hot chocolate, coffee, water. |

Rates/Reservations
Minimum group size of 8. Steak/chicken, $50 per person. Hamburger/hot
dog, $38 per person. Prices include horse or hay wagon ride.
Vegetarian meals available upon request. Other special requests
taken under consideration. At least 1 week advance reservation
and deposit required, although we can be somewhat flexible in
short-notice situations, depending upon food choice. See Frequently

Summertime Cookouts
Please be aware that fire restrictions are enforced within South Mountain Park during summer months (traditionally, June through August). Be sure to keep this in mind if you are planning a summertime cookout. We have suggestions for other site options, but only for limited group sizes.
