Cancellations can be requested 24 hrs in advance for a non-meal ride and 3 days in advance for a meal ride.
All rides can be rescheduled a day before the scheduled time.
Bad weather cancellations are accepted same day.
How to get a refund of a ride booked online

The stable locations are unable to access your payment information and the phone operators at the various locations are also unable to do so.
